Terms & Conditions G7VIP Platform Agreement

To register and maintain an account on the G7VIP Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. G7VIP strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• You must be acting as an individual your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any corporate entity or third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the G7VIP Platform for any reason.
• You must not be a current employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of a G7VIP employee.

All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration. G7VIP reserves the right to verify accuracy of all registration information at any time.

As part of our compliance obligations and in order to protect the integrity of the Platform, G7VIP may at any time request identity verification documents including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement of the e-wallet or bank account used)
• Source of funds documentation for high-value accounts where required

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within14 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension.

G7VIP supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT).

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly in most cases. Delays may occur during peak hours or due to payment provider processing times.
• G7VIP does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used must belong to and be under the sole control of the registered account holder.
• G7VIP does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply independent transaction fees.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes.
• G7VIP reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any delays.
• Funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once ("pass-through" deposits) may be subject to an administrative fee before withdrawal at G7VIP's discretion.

G7VIP offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus terms apply across all G7VIP promotions unless otherwise explicitly stated:

• Bonuses are credited as non-withdrawable Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the specific promotion. The applicable multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion details.
• During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is RM50 unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winings.
• Slots typically contribute100% towards wagering requirements. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%. Live sports betting contributions vary by promotion.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the specific promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• G7VIP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, and exploiting software errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of all associated funds and may result in permanent account suspension.

All games available on the G7VIP Platform are provided by internationally licensed game studios and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are independently audited and available for review within individual game information panels.

G7VIP does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, any game round affected by the error shall be considered void and the wager for that round will be refunded to your balance. G7VIP's decision in such matters is final.

Sports betting odds are set by our trading team and are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. All accepted bets are binding. Bets placed on void events (cancelled or postponed matches) will be refunded in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the G7VIP Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or identity information
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Coluding with other players to influence game outcomes in any form
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical tools to circumvent geographical restrictions or mask your true location
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities — any winings derived from such exploitation will be void
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Platform
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour towards G7VIP staff or other platform users

All content on the G7VIP Platform, including but not limited to the G7VIP brand name, logo, visual design, user interface layout, game graphics, written content, software, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to G7VIP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from G7VIP.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, G7VIP, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, platform unavailability, or technical errors not within G7VIP's reasonable control
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security
• Decisions made by Players based on information displayed on the Platform

G7VIP's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

G7VIP is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only. The minimum age requirement is 21 years. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you must stop using the Platform and seek appropriate assistance.

G7VIP provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps
• Loss Limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a set duration of play
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporary self-exclusion for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — close your account indefinitely with no option to reopen

G7VIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected
• A Player has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy
• G7VIP is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order
• A Player has not logged into their account for continuous period of 12 months (dormant account)

Where an account is closed at the Player's request and no bonus terms are outstanding, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, G7VIP reserves the right to retain the entire account balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where permitted by the nature of the breach.

G7VIP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, and where appropriate, by in-platform notification or email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept a change to the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. G7VIP recommends that all Players review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the governing law applicable to G7VIP's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, G7VIP encourages Players to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

Unresolved disputes may be escalated via our formal complaints procedure. Please contact our support team to obtain the current escalation process. G7VIP will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws.
